The tournament will be run in the following way:

a) Each team will play one 40 min game every Tuesday and Thursday evening.
b) All teams will play each other once.
c) In the interest of fairness participants will be randomly assigned to the various teams.
d) Teams will consist of a squad of ten players.
e) Teams must use all squad members in each game.
